This includes, but is not limited to:

- Custom or personalized items
- Made-to-order apparel, jewelry, and merchandise
Once an order has been placed, work may begin immediately, resources may be allocated, or digital content may become accessible. As a result, refunds, cancellations, returns, exchanges, chargebacks, or credits will not be granted for completed purchases.
If a physical product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with our production partner to review and resolve the issue when applicable.
